SECTION 4 \u2014 NO-RETURN & CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY<\/h1>

1. Strict “All Sales Final” Policy<\/h2>

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of Neighborhood Souvenirs, Special Item Products, and personalized merchandise, all sales are final<\/strong>.<\/p>

Except where expressly provided under the qualifying exceptions below, DM Shop Marketplace does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:<\/p>

  • Change of mind.<\/p><\/li>

  • Sizing preferences or incorrect size selections made by the buyer.<\/p><\/li>

  • Incorrect custom text or typographical errors.<\/p><\/li>

  • Buyer-submitted artwork or images that are low-resolution or otherwise unsuitable for production.<\/p><\/li>

  • Incorrect logos, graphics, or other customer-provided content.<\/p><\/li>

  • Other buyer-input errors submitted or approved at checkout.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Because custom products may enter production immediately after an order is confirmed, buyers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing payment.<\/p>

    Extended combined lead times for Special Item Orders, by themselves, do not<\/strong> constitute a product defect or automatically create grounds for cancellation.<\/p>

    2. Exclusive Qualifying Exceptions<\/h2>

    DM Shop Marketplace may provide a complimentary reprint, store credit, or refund<\/strong>, at the Company’s discretion and subject to verification, only when an order has a qualifying manufacturing or carrier-related defect.<\/p>

    2.1 Physical Shipping Damage<\/h3>

    A product that is physically broken, damaged, or rendered unusable as a direct result of carrier transportation may qualify for a resolution.<\/p>

    The buyer may be required to provide clear photographic evidence of both the product and its shipping packaging.<\/p>

    2.2 Verified Production Error<\/h3>

    A product may qualify for a resolution when there is a verified and material manufacturing error, including examples such as:<\/p>

    • Ripped or materially defective seams.<\/p><\/li>

    • A substantially misprinted or incorrectly produced graphic.<\/p><\/li>

    • The wrong garment or product style being delivered.<\/p><\/li>

    • Other material production errors attributable to the manufacturing or fulfillment process.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      2.3 Seven-Day Reporting Window<\/h3>

      Qualifying defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

      To request a review, the buyer must contact:<\/p>

      detourcommunitymaps@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>

      The request should include:<\/p>

      • Order information.<\/p><\/li>

      • A description of the reported defect.<\/p><\/li>

      • Clear photographs showing the issue.<\/p><\/li>

      • Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is claimed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Failure to report a qualifying defect within the 7-calendar-day reporting window may result in the claim being denied.<\/p>

        3. Digital Products & Gift Cards<\/h2>

        Digital products and electronic gift cards are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or electronically delivered<\/strong>, except in cases of a verified technical delivery failure reported within 48 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Technical delivery issues must be reported to:<\/p>

        detourcommunitymaps@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>

        The Company may request relevant order information or technical details necessary to verify the reported delivery failure.<\/p>
