Welcome to DM Shop, the official marketplace of DetourMaps.com, owned and operated by Entire Marketing Group LLC. By accessing or using shop.detourmaps.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>

DM Shop is a locally-driven e-commerce marketplace hosting products from neighborhood vendors. Products may be delivered by local pickup, local delivery, or via national shipping when items are not sensitive or perishable. Vendors may also have their own terms and conditions.<\/p>

2. ELIGIBILITY & USAGE<\/b><\/h3>
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.<\/li>
  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CARDS<\/b><\/h3>

    Types:<\/b><\/h4>
    • Last Chance Gift Cards:<\/b> Limited-time offers with higher value returns.<\/li>
    • Regular Gift Cards:<\/b> Redeemable at participating businesses.<\/li>
    • Partner & Organization Cards:<\/b> Issued for specific non-profits or affiliates.<\/li><\/ul>

      Redemption & Usage:<\/b><\/h3>
      • Must be redeemed at listed local businesses.<\/li>
      • Must be used in full during a single transaction.<\/li>
      • Not reloadable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash (except as required by law).<\/li><\/ul>

        Delivery:<\/b><\/h3>
        • Sent via email within 2\u20136 hours after purchase.<\/li>
        • DM Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Treat them like cash.<\/li><\/ul>

          Expiration:<\/b><\/h3>
          • Standard cards do not expire.<\/li>
          • Promotional cards may have set expiration dates.<\/li><\/ul>

            4. CUSTOM SOUVENIRS & USER CONTENT<\/b><\/h3>

            DM Shop offers customized merchandise. You are solely responsible for any content you upload.<\/p>

            By uploading content, you confirm:<\/b><\/h3>
            • You own or have permission to use all images, logos, and text.<\/li>
            • Your content does not infringe third-party rights.<\/li>
            • You grant DM Shop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce and use your content solely for order fulfillment.<\/li><\/ul>

              Order Retention:<\/b><\/h3>
              • User files may be deleted after 90 days.<\/li>
              • Customers are advised to keep backups of their files.<\/li><\/ul>

                5. MERCHANT & PARTNER TERMS<\/b><\/h3>

                All vendors on DM Shop agree to:<\/p>

                • Fulfill orders made through the platform.<\/li>
                • Accept gift cards issued through DM Shop (if applicable).<\/li>
                • Allow DM Shop to use their name, logo, or content for marketing.<\/li>
                • Publish their own policies if applicable.<\/li><\/ul>

                  DM Shop reserves the right to suspend vendors who do not meet platform standards or violate these terms.<\/p>

                  6. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS<\/b><\/h3>

                  General:<\/b><\/h3>
                  • All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.<\/li>
                  • Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.<\/li><\/ul>

                    Delivery & Fulfillment:<\/b><\/h3>
                    • After placing your order, you\u2019ll receive an email confirmation.<\/li>
                    • Vendors will follow up once they\u2019ve accepted and processed the order.<\/li>
                    • Products are fulfilled via:
                      • Local Pickup<\/b><\/li>
                      • Local Delivery<\/b><\/li>
                      • National Shipping<\/b> (for non-sensitive products only)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                        Return Policy:<\/b><\/h3>

                        Returns are only accepted for items that:<\/p>

                        • Are unused and unopened<\/li>
                        • Are non-perishable and not food or sweets<\/li><\/ul>

                          Returns will NOT be accepted for:<\/p>

                          • Opened or altered products<\/li>
                          • Food items or perishables<\/li>
                          • Items damaged during transit<\/li><\/ul>

                            Customers must notify support within 6 business days for any defects or discrepancies.<\/p>

                            7. DESIGN & LOGO SERVICES<\/b><\/h3>

                            DM Shop offers design services for branding and marketing.<\/p>

                            • Standard turnaround: 7 business days (estimate)<\/li>
                            • All services include digital preview for approval<\/li>
                            • No refunds on design services after approval<\/li>
                            • Final works may be used in DM Shop promotional materials<\/li><\/ul>

                              8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT PROTECTION<\/b><\/h3>
                              • All designs, products, and original content by DM Shop or vendors are protected by intellectual property laws.<\/li>
                              • By registering and using our website, or accepting cookies, users agree not to copy, download, resell, or misuse any creative materials.<\/li>
