SECTION 5 — SHIPPING POLICY

1. Production & Combined Lead Timelines
Delivery schedules are divided according to product classification and fulfillment methodology.
The timelines below represent combined estimated production and shipping lead times. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on order specifications, carrier conditions, holidays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside the Company’s control.
Standard Neighborhood Souvenirs
Fulfillment / Freight Method:
3–5 days print + 5–8 days ground

8 to 12 business days
Complex Custom Gear
Fulfillment / Freight Method:
5–7 days print + 5–8 days ground
Total Combined Lead Time:
10 to 15 business days
Special Item Category — Air Express
Fulfillment / Freight Method:
Factory production + Air Freight + Customs
Total Combined Lead Time:
3 to 5 weeks total
Special Item Category — Sea Freight
Fulfillment / Freight Method:
Factory production + Ocean Freight + Port Entry

2. Address Accuracy, Customs & Lost Shipments
2.1 Delivery Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
DM Shop Marketplace is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer.
Packages returned because of address errors may require the buyer to pay applicable reshipment and additional delivery fees before the order is shipped again.
2.2 Delivered Packages
DM Shop Marketplace is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the applicable shipping carrier’s tracking system, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other recognized carriers.
If tracking confirms delivery but the package cannot be located, the buyer should first contact the applicable carrier and, where appropriate, the property manager, household members, or other persons who may have received the package.
2.3 International Shipping & Customs
International Special Item Orders shipped by air or ocean freight may be subject to:
Customs inspections.
Import processing.
Duties, tariffs, taxes, or other government charges.
Port entry procedures.
Customs clearance delays.
Carrier or freight-forwarder processing requirements.
Customs and port-clearance procedures may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
DM Shop Marketplace does not guarantee a specific customs clearance date or final delivery date for international Special Item Orders.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or government fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
2.4 Shipping Delays Beyond Company Control
Estimated shipping and production timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, port congestion, transportation disruptions, holidays, governmental actions, and other logistical interruptions.
Such circumstances may extend the estimated lead time stated for an order.
