SECTION 1 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (shop.detourmaps.com)

1. Introduction & E-Commerce Hub Status

Welcome to DM Shop Marketplace (shop.detourmaps.com), the official e-commerce platform of Entire Marketing Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an Illinois limited liability company located at 6900 W. Cermak Rd. Berwyn, IL 60402.

DM Shop Marketplace operates as the exclusive commercial transaction processing hub for the entire Detour Maps ecosystem. All financial purchases, e-gift cards, custom neighborhood souvenirs (by detour22), vendor storefront orders, Special Item Orders, and digital products are processed through shop.detourmaps.com under these Terms & Conditions.

2. Custom Products, Print-on-Demand & Special Item Category (No E-Proof)

A substantial portion of products on DM Shop Marketplace are custom-printed, made-to-order, or manufactured under demand:

• 2.1 Immediate Production Processing: Standard custom souvenirs and merchandise are manufactured upon order receipt. Production begins automatically upon order confirmation at checkout.
• 2.2 No E-Proof Policy: DM Shop Marketplace DOES NOT provide or require physical or digital pre-production proofs (No E-Proof). Orders enter production immediately based on user input.
• 2.3 Buyer Verification Duty: The buyer is 100% responsible for verifying all uploaded graphics, logo licenses, custom text, spelling, sizing selections, and delivery addresses on the checkout review screen prior to payment.
• 2.4 Special Item Products Category: DM Shop offers a dedicated Special Item Products category for bulk custom manufacturing, specialty merchandise, and overseas production. Combined Lead Times for Special Item Orders are explicitly defined: Expect 3 to 5 weeks total via Air Express, or 6 to 9+ weeks total via Sea Freight. Cancellation requests for Special Item Orders are valid strictly within 2 hours of order confirmation prior to factory tooling and raw material commitment.

3. Vendor & Merchant Terms

• 3.1 Commission Structure: Approved local merchants (Urban Makers & Vendors) selling on DM Shop Marketplace are subject to a standard commission fee structure of 15% + $1.00 fixed fee per completed order.
• 3.2 Fulfillment SLA (14 Days): Vendors must fulfill and dispatch orders within stated timelines. Orders unfulfilled after 14 business days without prior notice are subject to automatic buyer refund at vendor expense.
• 3.3 Off-Platform Transaction Ban: Vendors are strictly prohibited from soliciting DM Shop buyers to complete transactions off-platform to bypass commission fees. Off-platform solicitation results in immediate storefront termination and earnings forfeiture.

4. Gift Cards & Last Minute Discount Program

Digital e-gift cards purchased on DM Shop Marketplace are redeemable solely at listed participating local businesses. Gift cards must be used in full in a single transaction, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash. DM Shop is not responsible if a participating business ceases operations.

5. Payment Security & Illinois Sales Tax

All transactions are processed under SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance via trusted third-party payment gateways (Stripe / PayPal). Applicable Illinois state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

SECTION 2 - PRIVACY POLICY (shop.detourmaps.com)

1. Information Collected & Retention Schedule

DM Shop Marketplace collects buyer identifiers (name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number), payment tokens, custom artwork files, vendor tax data (IRS 1099 compliance), and device interaction data.

Retention Policy: Financial and tax records are retained for 5 years in compliance with Illinois law. Uploaded custom design files are retained in scratch storage for 90 days to facilitate re-orders, after which they are purged.

2. Data Sharing & Security Safeguards

We share data exclusively with payment processors, shipping carriers, and fulfillment vendors to execute orders. We DO NOT sell customer data. Security includes SSL encryption, multi-factor vendor authentication, and Illinois PIPA breach notification compliance (815 ILCS 530).

SECTION 3 - COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (shop.detourmaps.com)

1. Buyer & Vendor Standards

• 1.1 Buyer Standards: Buyers agree to honest purchasing, respectful communication, and zero abuse of chargeback mechanisms. Filing fraudulent chargebacks for fulfilled custom orders results in account termination and legal cost recovery.
• 1.2 Vendor Standards: Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, adhere to the 14-day fulfillment SLA, disclose sponsorships per FTC guidelines, and maintain high craftsmanship.
• 1.3 Prohibited Items: Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, copyright-infringing artwork, adult material, weapons, controlled substances, and price gouging.

SECTION 4 - NO-RETURN & CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY

1. Strict "All Sales Final" Policy

DUE TO THE CUSTOM PRINT-ON-DEMAND NATURE OF NEIGHBORHOOD SOUVENIRS, SPECIAL ITEM PRODUCTS, AND PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CHANGE OF MIND, SIZING PREFERENCE, OR BUYER INPUT ERRORS (TYPOS, LOW-RESOLUTION IMAGES). EXTENDED COMBINED LEAD TIMES FOR SPECIAL ITEM ORDERS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A DEFECT OR GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION.

2. Exclusive Qualifying Exceptions

DM Shop Marketplace will issue a complimentary reprint, store credit, or refund ONLY for verified manufacturing or carrier defects:

• 2.1 Physical Shipping Damage: Product physically broken or ruined during carrier transport.
• 2.2 Verified Production Error: Severe manufacturing fault (ripped seam, misprinted graphic, wrong garment/style delivered).
• 2.3 7-Day Reporting Window: The buyer must report defects within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, attaching clear photos to detourcommunitymaps@gmail.com.

3. Digital Products & Gift Cards

Digital products and e-gift cards are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically, except in cases of verified 48-hour technical delivery failure.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING POLICY (shop.detourmaps.com)

Delivery schedules are divided by product classification and fulfillment methodology:

2. Address Accuracy, Customs & Lost Shipments

The buyer is responsible for entering an accurate delivery address. Packages returned due to address errors require buyer-paid reshipment fees. DM Shop is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking. International ocean/air freight for Special Item Orders is subject to customs inspections and port clearance disclaimers.
