1. Buyer & Vendor Standards

1.1 Buyer Standards

Buyers agree to:

• Engage in honest purchasing practices.

• Maintain respectful communication.

• Refrain from abuse or fraudulent use of chargeback mechanisms.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks for fulfilled custom orders may result in account termination and recovery of applicable legal costs.

1.2 Vendor Standards

Vendors must:

• Provide accurate product descriptions.

• Adhere to the 14-day fulfillment SLA.

• Disclose sponsorships in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of product craftsmanship.

1.3 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being sold through DM Shop Marketplace:

• Counterfeit goods.

• Copyright-infringing artwork.

• Adult material.

• Weapons.

• Controlled substances.

• Price-gouging products or practices.
